Bougie Chic Lashes Booking Policy

I'm so excited that you chose myself or one of our talented Artists! Please read the following tidbits to assure there are no issues at the time of service and that it's the most comfortable and glamourous experience you've ever had being pampered!

*A $20 deposit is required to book your Full Set appointment and is deducted from the total cost of the service payable in person. A valid card must be on file for all fill ins.
Please arrive with ZERO mascara or product on your natural lashes so that you have the best retention! Lashes are fabulous, but are an investment! A clean face, free of oil and makeup around your eye area is always the best canvas. Our goal and mission is to respect your time and make sure that you are serviced in the time you selected, and just ask that you also respect ours. Please be on time for your appointment. 15 minutes past appointment time will CANCEL your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit and need to start over to rebook. Any cancels within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. Twenty (20) minutes past appointment time with no contact, is considered a NCNS and you will not be permitted to reschedule without paying 100% of the missed appointment. If you need to reschedule outside of 24 hours mark, we will allow ONE reschedule with the same deposit used. If you need to reschedule again, you will need to pay a new deposit. This is to ensure fair scheduling among clients. If you are running behind, CALL 770.875.5129.
Please remember this is a timed service and every minute is needed to be sure that you get the most lashes per eye. Arrive at your appointment prepared to stay the entire time, without any caffeine in the previous 4 hours, ready to relax and take your Lash Nap. :-) Be sure to have used the restroom and made any phone calls, as you will be laying down the entire time without access to either. Please do not bring any guests or children with you, as there is no room for extra people.
To be eligible for a Fill In you MUST have 40% of your lashes remaining and no more than 3 weeks since your last appointment. Please book a full set if you need one.
PAYMENT: If this is your FIRST visit, you will be required to pay your balance in CASH ONLY. Please bring exact change if at all possible.
PARKING: All locations have free street parking. You are also free to use the SpotHero App to get parking discounts for the LakeView location or use Lyft/Uber. It's a great app to have, in general, if you drive in Chicago and don't want to pay full price for garage/private parking.
All Deposits & Services are Non Refundable & Non Transferrable.
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Bougie Chic Lashes has a tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. All Sales are Final on any lash products for health and sanitation reasons when shopping on our site.
